West Ham charged by FA over breach of anti-doping rules



• Club allegedly failed to ensure accurate whereabouts information
• West Ham insist investigation not based on offence by a player

West Ham United have been charged with a breach of anti-doping rules, the Football Association have announced.

West Ham are alleged to have “failed to ensure its ‘club whereabouts’ information was accurate on three occasions within 12 months,” according to an FA statement. The club have until 27 February to respond.
