Daniel Sturridge to miss start of next season

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is likely to be out until at least September as he recovers from a hip operation.

According to report, The 25-year-old England international underwent surgery in New York on
Tuesday in an attempt to cure a number of related problems with his thigh and calf which have restricted him to just eight Premier League starts this season.
