David Brooks’s double seals win for Bournemouth over 10-man Brighton
David Brooks was the difference as Bournemouth brought an end to their recent bad form just in time for Christmas.
The Welsh midfield tyro scored a long range effort in the first half and a superlative header in the second to give Eddie Howe’s men only their second win in the last eight league matches. For Brighton, there was some consolation in a determined performance that created chances, but was undermined by a red card for Lewis Dunk.
