Arsenal injury blow as Henrikh Mkhitaryan ruled out for six weeks

• Armenian has fractured a metatarsal in his right foot
• Mustafi and Monreal both doubts for trip to Brighton

Unai Emery has suffered another injury blow at Arsenal with midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan ruled out until February with a foot injury.

The Armenian did not figure in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Burnley, and has now been diagnosed with a fractured metatarsal in his right foot with which will keep him out of action for six weeks. He suffered the injury during the Carabao Cup defeat to Tottenham at the Emirates Stadium last Wednesday.
