Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne converted a second-half penalty to cancel out Juan Bernat’s goal from first-half stoppage time for Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday in a tense 1-1 draw which left their Champions League group, which includes Liverpool, wide open.
